phtaya01 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Philippine Players

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply to all references made within this document and in all communications from phtaya01:

2 Eligibility

To register and use phtaya01, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be of legal gambling age in the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using phtaya01 is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must register under your own true legal identity. Fictitious names, aliases, and incomplete information are not permitted.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from phtaya01 under a different account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Every account must represent a single real individual playing for their own account.
• You must not be a person in treatment for problem gambling or under a self-exclusion arrangement with any recognised gambling platform at the time of registration.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of phtaya01 and its affiliated companies are not eligible to hold Player accounts or participate in promotions.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration

Each person may hold only one registered account at phtaya01. Attempting to open a second account — under the same identity or a different one — will result in all accounts associated with that individual being reviewed, suspended, and potentially closed.

During registration at phtaya01, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, mobile number, and a valid email address. This information must remain accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details change, update them through your account settings promptly.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

phtaya01 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. Before real-money deposits or withdrawals are processed, your identity must be verified. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following:

• A valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, passport, driver's licence, or similar)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months
• A selfie holding your ID, if requested
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of your registered GCash or Maya account name

phtaya01 will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts. Verification documents are handled in accordance with the phtaya01 Privacy Policy.

3.3 Account Security

Your phtaya01 login credentials are personal and must not be shared with anyone. phtaya01 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain login security. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact phtaya01 support immediately and change your password.

4 Deposits

phtaya01 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) only. All balances are maintained in PHP and no currency conversion takes place. Supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Deposit minimums and maximums for each method are shown in the phtaya01 cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are for gaming purposes only. phtaya01 accounts must not be used as general money transfer or storage facilities.
• phtaya01 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the same name as the phtaya01 account. Third-party deposits will be reversed and may result in account review.
• Processing times vary by method. GCash and Maya transfers are typically the fastest. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• phtaya01 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposits in line with anti-money-laundering obligations.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified phtaya01 accounts are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud control and is applied consistently.

• Withdrawals will only be processed once your account identity verification is complete. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are shown in the cashier. These limits may differ by payment method.
• If Bonus Funds are present in your account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before any portion of those funds can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that are separate from bonus funds may be subject to their own conditions — check the cashier and promotion terms for clarity.
• phtaya01 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframe shown in the cashier. Processing times depend partly on the receiving bank or digital wallet. phtaya01 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
• phtaya01 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before approving large or unusual withdrawal requests. This may temporarily delay processing but is a standard security step.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

phtaya01 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and refer-a-friend rewards. Each promotion is governed by its individual terms, which are displayed in full on the Promotions page and at the point of opt-in.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion is available once per verified account unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts or using multiple identities will result in all bonuses being voided and accounts being reviewed.
• All phtaya01 bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The required amount and eligible games are specified per promotion. Games excluded from bonus wagering are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus offers have expiry periods. Unused bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your account when the offer expires if the wagering requirement has not been met.
• phtaya01 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if it determines that the offer was claimed in error, through a technical fault, or as a result of abuse.
• Maximum win caps may apply to certain promotions. These are stated in the individual offer terms.

6.2 Refer a Friend Rewards

Referral rewards are credited only for genuinely new, uniquely verified accounts registered through a valid phtaya01 referral link. Both the referring player and the referred friend must have verified accounts. Referred friends must meet the qualifying deposit and activity conditions stated in the referral programme terms before any reward is released to the referring player.

7 Gaming Rules

phtaya01 offers live casino, fishing games, color game, virtual sports, and sports betting. Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant game provider's documentation.

• Once a bet has been placed and confirmed by the phtaya01 system, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• In the event of a technical error during a game session — including disconnection, server interruption, or display errors — the outcome as recorded in the phtaya01 server logs will be treated as the definitive result.
• phtaya01 game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems for digital games and by physical game equipment for live casino titles. phtaya01 does not manipulate outcomes.
• If a game is interrupted or voided due to a technical issue, stakes will be returned to the relevant player accounts. Where a game was completed but results were not properly recorded, the server log record is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and may vary by game type, session, or account level. These limits are displayed within the game interface.

8 Sports Betting Specific Terms

The following additional terms apply specifically to sports betting activity at phtaya01, in addition to the general gaming rules in Section 7.

• Bets are accepted up to the moment the event begins or, for live in-play bets, up to the point the relevant market is closed by phtaya01. phtaya01 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time.
• Odds displayed are indicative and may change between the time a player views them and the time the bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the final accepted odds.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned, or significantly altered from its original format, phtaya01 will apply the settlement rules for that sport as stated in the Sports Betting House Rules accessible within the platform.
• phtaya01 reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds. If a clearly incorrect price was offered due to a system or human error, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets require all selections to win for a return to be paid. Standard accumulator rules apply unless otherwise stated per market.
• Live in-play bets accepted during periods of score changes, red cards, injuries, or other significant events may be subject to review. phtaya01 reserves the right to void bets accepted in clear error during these moments.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at phtaya01. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or registering with fraudulent documents.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one phtaya01 account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions in bad faith, including creating accounts solely to claim bonuses, using patterns of play designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements in a way that defeats the purpose of the promotion.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker or any competitive game format.
• Money Laundering: Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity, including using phtaya01 as a pass-through for funds of any origin.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against genuine phtaya01 transactions.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with phtaya01 games.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Taking advantage of system errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes rather than reporting them to phtaya01 support.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

phtaya01 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons, among others:

• Verified or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity
• Regulatory or compliance requirements
• Account holder request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure)

When an account is closed for a verified breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited, particularly where the balance resulted from prohibited conduct or bonus abuse. phtaya01 will communicate the basis for account action where it is not prevented from doing so by ongoing investigation or legal obligation.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting phtaya01 support. Any real-money balance that is not associated with pending bonus requirements will be processed for withdrawal upon request before the account is closed.

11 Privacy and Data

phtaya01 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at phtaya01.best/privacy-policy. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

Your personal information — including your name, identity documents, payment details, and gaming activity — is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support purposes. phtaya01 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Communications from phtaya01 regarding your account, including verification requests, security alerts, and important service notices, are sent to the email address or mobile number registered on your account. It is your responsibility to keep these contact details current and to monitor communications from phtaya01.

12 Responsible Gaming

phtaya01 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The Responsible Gaming tools available to all account holders include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your phtaya01 account.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on how much you can lose within a chosen period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set amount of continuous play time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your phtaya01 account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.

13 Limitation of Liability

phtaya01 provides its Platform on an "as available" basis. While phtaya01 takes reasonable steps to maintain uptime and reliability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned technical outages
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's end
• Delays in payment processing by third-party banks or digital wallet providers
• Actions taken by the player in breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Unauthorised access to a player's account due to that player's failure to secure their login credentials

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtaya01's aggregate liability to any player for any single event or series of related events is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the relevant session. phtaya01 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profits or data.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phtaya01 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, phtaya01 will provide advance notice where practicable through the email address or notification system associated with your account.

Your continued use of phtaya01 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should cease using the Platform and withdraw any remaining balance from your account before the changes take effect.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to phtaya01's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from your use of phtaya01 that cannot be resolved through direct contact with customer support will be subject to the dispute resolution processes established by the relevant regulatory authority.

Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using phtaya01 is lawful in their specific location within the Philippines. phtaya01 does not accept wagers from players in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
